Sample preparation :

Materials/Raw materials: Cinnabar;

Particle size: 100μm;

Grinding requirement :

Feeding amount: 2000g;

Output particle size: 20μm;

Countermeasures:

(1) Equipment (instrument) selection: planetary ball mill XQM-6;

(2) Jar and ball configuration: nylon jar with zirconia balls;

(3) Operating parameters: rotation 500 rpm, alternating forward and reverse operation after 30 minutes;

(4) Grinding time: 2 hours;

(5) Grinding result: 100% < 20μm;

(6) Result (suggestion): You can use the planetary ball mill XQM-6 to grind cinnabar.
