Automatic testing of constant load (angle) springs in sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and determination of free angles can be easily completed.

Automatic origin calibration function completes the deformation calculation and compensation of the load sensor and machine material rigidity structure, ensuring high-precision measurement.

For convenient tolerance calculation and input, the system will automatically calculate the upper and lower limits after the tolerance percentage is entered.

More than a dozen test types are available, meeting not only production measurement needs but also the testing requirements of spring engineering design.

Test load units include N.m, Kg.cm, and Lb.in.

The turntable automatically calibrates the position of the load test plug gauge and rotating plug gauge to obtain a precise zero point position.

Rotation displacement control button with 10-degree, 1-degree, and 0.1-degree slow rotation levels allows for precise angle control.
