New Arrival Touch screen Gluten meter
The MJ-IIV Touchscreen Dual-Head Gluten Tester is our company's latest upgrade to the MJ-IIIA Dual-Head Gluten Tester.
The instrument's electrical control system utilizes an LCD touchscreen and microcomputer software. Simply powering on the instrument allows for easy configuration of
functions such as dough mixing, washing, and clock settings.
Its quick operation and high degree of automation allow for precise sample analysis.
MJ-IIV Touchscreen Dual-Head Gluten Tester consists of a main unit, a gluten indexer, and a gluten drying unit. It can measure the wet (dry) gluten content, gluten index (also known as gluten quality),
and gluten water absorption in whole and regular flours.
Dual-Head Gluten Tester is particularly suitable for users with large sample volumes and is ideal for measuring wheat flour and whole wheat flour. It is widely used in food and flour processing,
grain and oil quality inspection, grain storage, universities, and research institutions.

5. Gluten Index: For values between 70 and 100, the tolerance for two measurements is no more than 11 units; for values below 70, the tolerance for two measurements is no more than 15 units.
