1.  Adopts a hard glass cylinder and an insulated outer cylinder (double cylinder design), providing excellent insulation and explosion-proof performance, ensuring safety and clear observation of the sample.

2.  The constant temperature bath cover is made of special corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and deformation-resistant material, ensuring the durability and extended service life of the equipment.

3.  The instrument features metal timing buttons for convenient timing and control of the test.

4.  The glass cylinder has a built-in electric stirring device and a special 304 stainless steel flow guide tube design, ensuring uniform stirring of the bath liquid, minimal liquid level fluctuation, and uniform temperature 

within the bath.

5.  Uses a high-precision LCD temperature controller and sensor for accurate temperature control, fast heating, and an accuracy of ±0.1℃.

6.  The designed capillary viscometer clamp is easy to install and remove, and provides stable support during use; it can simultaneously measure four capillary viscometers.

7.  The bottom of the glass cylinder is equipped with an LED lighting strip to illuminate the capillary tube, making the markings clear and easy to observe during the test.

8.  Optional accessories include Ubbelohde, Cannon-Fenske, and Ostwald capillary viscometer kits for kinematic viscosity testing; a portable chiller ZL-1 is also available to lower the bath temperature for 20℃ experiments.
