SYD-261-1 Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester
The closed-cup flash point automatic tester is a specialized instrument used to determine the flash point of petroleum products using the closed-cup method. This involves heating the sample under specified conditions to the lowest temperature at which a mixture of its vapor and air ignites upon contact with a flame.

GB/T261, ASTM D93, ISO 2719

1. Employs single-chip microcomputer control technology and an LCD screen display; features an English human-machine interface for easy operation.
2. The LCD screen displays experimental parameters and real-time sample temperature; when the flash point is detected, a simple press of the record button displays and saves the flash point value.
3. Utilizes a high-precision sensor to capture flash point values, and the system automatically records them; eliminating data deviations caused by manual observation, resulting in more accurate and reliable data.
4. Novel design and compact structure; users only need to connect it to coal gas or other domestic combustible gas for testing, making it convenient to use and providing accurate test results.
5. Equipped with a rapid cooling function to improve testing efficiency.
6. The instrument control program includes selectable methods A, B, and C, and the system automatically controls the heating rate and stirring speed, fully complying with GB/T 261 standard.
