The double-headed gluten analyzer is professionally used to determine the dry and wet gluten content in flour. It is suitable for wheat flour, various wheat milling products, whole wheat flour, etc., and features simple operation, convenient use, and high measurement accuracy.

The gluten analyzer consists of three parts: the gluten washer, the gluten index meter, and the gluten drying instrument.
